About the role:
The NSW Area Leader’s main objective is to oversee the successful running of all Yo-Chi's Sydney's metro venues, by leading, mentoring and providing structure to the Venue Leader and their direct reports.
Reporting to the State Leader, responsibilities include:
- Developing high performance venue teams, who are passionate about providing amazing customer experiences
- Supporting Venue Leaders with the recruitment and onboarding of new team members & leaders
- Working closely with Venue Leaders to drive sales, COGs, labour and profit & loss results
- Managing weekly reporting between venues and the Support Team, and ensuring each venue receives the focus and support it needs
- Setting up new venues and ensuring compliance with all Yo-Chi procedures and operational standards
- Identifying local marketing opportunities and working with the Marketing Leader to implement them.
- The successful candidate will have minimum 4 years experience in a multi-site role, within a food retail or QSR environment - with all due respect, please consider other opportunities with us if this isn’t you.
