The Exciting Role:

Reporting into the nudie Head of Operations, the nudie Receptionist & Customer Service Officer will play a pivotal role in essentially being nudie's front of house - overseeing Reception, Administration, Customer Service & Quality Assurance. As the face of our exciting business, we are looking for a professional, welcoming and bright presence who will maintain the site morale with their positive attitude and ensure customer satisfaction. 

Please note this is a full-time, permanent position based out of our Eastgardens nudie site; however, we are open to exploring part-time hours for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities:

Reception & Office Coordination

  • Ensure guests are welcomed and attended to in a timely manner and adhere to health and safety requirements.
  • Direct all phone calls and incoming deliveries accordingly.
  • Act as a helping hand for new employees with office setup
  • Be a coordination guru for internal and external meetings, conferences and functions.
  • Assist with staff celebration activities, gifts and social events as required.
  • Maintain tidiness throughout the stationary areas, kitchen, fridges, coffee machines & meeting rooms, and coordinate the contract cleaners.
  • Create purchase orders for consumables such as stationary and basic office and kitchen supplies.
  • Organise couriers and freight forwarders as required.

Customer Service:

  • Assist customers with product enquiries and obtain information as requested.
  • Work with the Customer Service department with order entry when required.

Quality Assurance:

  • Take complaint calls and act proactively to resolve
  • Ensure correspondence to caller is sent by COB the following day
  • Log any complaints made in the QA register
  • Notify QA team accordingly

To Succeed With Us You’ll Need:

  • Clear communication skills with the ability to build relationships across various stakeholders
  • Experience working in a similar environment as a Receptionist and/or Customer Service Officer
  • Strong knowledge in MS Office applications and/or ERP systems
  • Proven ability to work autonomously
  • A bright and friendly demeanour
  • Proactive thinker who takes charge of situations and can handle difficult situations in a professional manner
  • Strong organisational skills
  • An eye for detail
