About the position
The Clinical Nurse Coordinator role is pivotal in maintaining and improving the health and wellbeing of customers. You will lead a team of Enrolled Nurses and Registered Nurses and be responsible for case management of the health and wellbeing of customers residing at Bradford Views, Coolbinia, along with the following duties:
- Bring diverse experience and skills to meet the needs of the customers and increase the skill and competency of the Nursing team
- Deliver direct and comprehensive nursing support for customers with disability-relate health needs.
- Case manage the holistic health needs of customers
- Provide support, direction, site orientation and clinical competency based training and line management to the nursing team.
- Coordinate professional development activities for nursing teams including regular supervision and engagement with external clinical specialist referral partners.
- Role model sound clinical decision making and provide clinical practice leadership to foster optimal health and wellbeing of customers.
- Oversee the quality of health documentation for customers.
This position is Permanent Full Time based at Coolbinia

About you
What we'll need to help kick-start your journey with us:
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills as evidenced by building long-lasting relationships with customers, their families, teams and external stakeholders
- Current AHPRA registration in the category of Registered Nurse
- Minimum 3 years post-registration experience as a Registered Nurse
- National Police Clearance no older than 6 months, Current Driver’s Licence, NDIS Workers Orientation Module, NDIS Worker Screening check, Current First Aid Certificate (HLTAID010 or HLTAID003 minimum) and COVID-19 Vaccination Certificate
