To be successful in this role you will have:
- Experience in assessing, planning, designing, implementing, evaluating and validating education and training programs, resources and events which emphasise performance improvements and maintenance of competence.
- Ability to provide clinical practice support through mentorship, clinical supervision and assessment of competence.
- Effective communication and teaching skills to meet the needs of different learning styles.

Requirements for the role:
- Appointment to this position requires proof of qualification and/or registration/endorsement with the appropriate registration authority or association. Certified copies of the required information must be provided to the appropriate supervisor/manager, prior to commencement of clinical duties. Current registration with the Australian Health Practice Registration Authority (AHPRA) as a registered nurse and current practising certificate is mandatory.
- Post-graduation qualification in Clinical Education and Training and Assessing or working towards is highly desirable.
- A C Class Drivers Licence is required. An appropriate licence endorsement to operate this type of vehicle is required. Proof of this endorsement must be provided before commencement of duty.
