We care.About the roleThe Patient Flow Manager (PFM) represents the Mental Health Alcohol and Other Drugs (MHAOD) leadership team and is responsible for operational management of the facility including Patient Flow, bed management and staffing. The PFM is part of the management team supporting clinical staff in the planning, delivery and evaluation of integrated clinical care; ensuring clinical care for the patient within the service is safe, well managed and of the highest quality and linking effectively to the leadership team to ensure care provided is continuous.
