ABOUT THE ROLE
This role is 2 year Fixed Term Contract working a 9 day fortnight, DIDO from our Worsley Alumina Refinery, which is a short drive from Collie (15 minutes), Bunbury (35 minutes - bus available from Bunbury location only) and other nearby scenic communities.
As the Occupational Nurse, you will be responsible for (Insert the main objective of the role)
Other key responsibilities include, but aren't limited to:
- Adherence to site protocols for the best care for ill and injured workers
- Adherence to health assessment, health surveillance and fitness for work assessment parameters
- Adherence to HS execution work schedules
- Collaborative effective communication maintaining confidentiality and privacy
ABOUT YOU
You will have experience and demonstrate capability in the following:
- Previous work experience in Occupational Health
- Sound knowledge of key concepts, theories and practices related to the control, treatment and assessment of HS related risks
- Health regulatory framework and issues relevant to the industry and the region in which the Asset operates
- Workers' compensation legislation and processes
- Return to Work Case Management
Qualifications for this position are:
- Bachelor of Science (Nursing)
- Bachelor of Science (Paramedical Science)
- Audiometric Officer
- Spirometry
