OSHGroup works closely with clients at a strategic and operational level in order to achieve optimal Occupational Health outcomes and partner our clients’ pursuit of a safe and healthy work place. To be suited to this role, you need to enjoy supporting our doctor group and liaising with administrative staff to provide timely and concise outcomes for our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Ordering of supplies, medications, and vaccines
- Onsite nurse services including urine and blood collection (where required)
- Policy and procedure development
- Candidate follow-up regarding vaccination schedules
- Maintain Poisons Permits and arrange onsite audits
- Apply for poison permits and manage renewals
- Onsite audits for Poison Permits
- Maintain Medical Emergency Services (MES) inbox and call routing procedure.
- Manage new and existing OSHGroup Proda account access.
- Provide support with Travel Vaccinations as required
- Onsite Flu Vaccinations
- Stock control of vaccinations and medication.
- Provide any regular reports as directed.
- Maintain and develop policies and procedures
- Make recommendations to the business as to quality standards and implement as necessary
In the Clinical space you will oversee:
- Clinical inductions (in line with onboarding checklist) support and training
- Escalation point for clinical staff and clients
- Case triage (complex FFW and complex case management)
- Responses to Client enquiries
- Developing and measuring team performance

Knowledge
- A good understanding of office systems and equipment.
- Knowledge of the medical equipment relative to the business’s focus is considered highly desirable
Experience
- Experience (at least 3 year) working in a similar position with a satisfactory work record
