NURSE PRACTITIONER FOR SPECIALIST COLORECTAL & WOMEN'S HEALTH PRACTICE

• Specialist Practice located on the Gold Coast.
• Women's Health / Colorectal Surgical Practice
• Full Time/ Part Time Positions Monday to Friday
   

This is a rare opportunity for an organised and enthusiastic Nurse Practitioner (NP) with Gastrointestinal / Colorectal / Women's Health interest to join our professional and friendly Specialist Practice. 

We aim to provide exceptional patient care in conjunction with the patient’s regular General Practitioner and Allied Health Practitioners. Professionalism, strong communication skills and the ability to show empathy and respect are essential requirements for the successful candidate. 

Aspects of the position (training provided)

• Patient screening and consultations using developed assessment tools and protocols
• Assistance with procedural investigations
• Maintain high clinical standards
• Provide patient follow up and maintain patient rapport
• Be involved in training and further development of the service.

Essential Requirements 

• Nurse Practitioner (NP) with AHPRA registration
• Must have experience working in a hospital or clinical environment (gastro/surgical ward experience desirable)
