Form of workWe're looking for an experienced Nurse Practitioner to join our Naturally Elevated Ecosystem, supporting a range of telehealth services including alternative prescription (S8) medicines, nicotine cessation and beyond, powered by our Dispensary & Pharmacy and Customer Service Team.
Key responsibilities:
- Telehealth (primarily phone) and in-clinic consults (Fortitude Valley) and remote across alternative medicine (S8), smoking cessation, weight loss, Men's Health and more
- Managing communications with our Patient Care & Doctor Team as required
- Deliver personalised health care and support, guidance and advice to our Patients around Australia
Role requirements:
- Nursing Degree Qualification(s), AHPRA Registration
- Ability to obtain Medicare prescriber/provider number
- Professional indemnity and public liability insurance
- Experience in telehealth triaging/support/prescribing for approved medications
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to adapt to new prescribing software
