In search of an amazing- Nurse Unit Manager for their Special Unit Ward, responsible for fostering safe, healthy environments that supports professional growth. The role is influential in promoting a culture where multidisciplinary team members are able to contribute to optimal family and service outcomes.
The Special Care Unit is a Level 4 Nursery with a capacity of 10 cots. Supported by a collaborative team, the unit cares for low-birth-weight babies, premature babies and more. This is an opportunity to promote innovation, grow clinical services and influence staff development.
