As an Assistant in Nursing, you'll be at the forefront of providing quality care to residents in aged care facilities under the direction of the Registered/Enrolled Nurses and Senior Management. Your compassion and dedication will shine through as you assist with daily living activities, personal hygiene, and documentation and provide essential care to residents.
Casual day and evening shifts are available seven days a week, allowing you to find that perfect work-life balance.
Ideal Candidate Checklist:
- 6 months of relevant industry experience (minimum)
- Certificate III in Health Services Assistance / Certificate III in Individual Support
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills
- NDIS Worker Screening Check*
- NDIS Orientation
- Manual Handling (in-house training provided)
- Medication Administration
- Evidence of COVID-19 vaccinations and current Influenza vaccination
