We are seeking an Admin Assistant - Recruitment and Bookings to join the local team. We are looking for someone with experience in administration work, in sales/customer service and someone who is enthusiastic, has the drive and a 'can do' attitude.
This position is a FULL TIME role working Monday to Friday.
You will be fully trained in the Administration of health Recruitment and placement work. Our clients include public hospitals, private hospitals, aged care and community care homes. This is your opportunity to move into the health recruitment industry.
Our reputation is based on providing professional, friendly nursing staff to our clients. As part of this team, you will be required to be involved in all aspects of Recruitment and placement including:
1. Communicating with nurses and patient care assistants to register them to Mediserve. This includes screening, gathering documents and onboarding.
2. Assisting in booking of staff with hospitals.
3. Monitoring and updating staff compliance.
4. Maintaining client and customer relationships.
5. Reference checks.
6. Administer assessments, process records and update standard information.
7. General administration / ad hoc duties.
Candidates must be competent in MS Word, Excel and Outlook applications. Candidates must also have excellent and high level communication skills.
