About your opportunity
Fixed term temporary full-time, commencing 24/04/23 up to 12/11/23.
To assist in the provision of optimal nutritional care for patients within the Sub Acute Unit at the Townsville University Hospital by arranging appropriate nutrition in accordance with established dietary standards.
Generous remuneration package value up to $6943 p.m. comprising:
- Salary range of $30.99 to $32.58 p.f. (CA3)
- Annual leave with 17.5% loading
- 12.75% employer contribution to superannuation.
Requirements
- It is a mandatory requirement to be and to remain vaccinated against COVID-19.
- Whilst not mandatory, a Certificate 3 Health Assistant (Nutrition and Dietetics Support) or Certificate IV Allied Health Assistant would be well regarded.
- Appointment to this position requires proof of qualification and registration or membership (if applicable) with the appropriate registration authority or association.
- The Sub-Acute Care Unit in the future may provide services across a seven-day period. The successful candidate to this position may be required to participate in seven-day rostering system.
- This is a Vaccine Preventable Diseases (VPD) risk role: Hepatitis B, Measles, Mumps, Rubella, Varicella, and Pertussis.
- 6 month probation period may apply.
