Details: The role’s primary function is to provide critical support to the whole Directorate on the use of the Electronic Document Management System (EDRMS), Objective. As part of the TCCS Records Management Team, you will work closely with the Team to:

• provide system and user support across TCCS in response to workforce enquiries;maintain Objective by performing routine system administration tasks;
• Manage TCCS Access Control groups, Including Security Groups, Privileges and audits;
• Workflow Management, TCCS implements and works with a variety of workflows within the EDRMS;
• investigate continual improvement pathways for Objective and records management practices, particularly as it relates to EDRMS use, for the Directorate; and
• undertake other, similar tasks under the guidance of the Records Manager, within the Policy, Records and Information Management Team.

Eligibility/ Other Requirements: The team is looking for someone who is well organised, is customer focused and a good communicator, and who is a logical thinker that enjoys problem solving. Due to the short vacancy period, a working understanding of Information Communications and Technology (ICT), particularly Access Controls or EDRMS system administration is highly desirable.

In return, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with business units across TCCS, WHOG Agencies and other Directorates, build Objective and Information management confidence, and develop your program management and policy development skills.
