AddressWe are seeking a part time/casual bookkeeper to join our growing and busy Medical Practice.
About us:
Our family orientated practice is located in Beeliar. Our Medical services incorporates General Practice, Medicare Urgent Care Clinic and Radiology Services. We have plans for expansion, so we are looking for a Part Time or casual Bookkeeper, to join our team.
This Role requires attention to detail, with strong organisational and time management skills. We are looking for someone who is looking for diversity in your role and the opportunity to make it your own. You will play a very important role in maintaining, coordinating and reconciling of all business financial aspects. You will be required to work independently but also collaborate with the Directors, the Practice Manager and Business Accountant.
Duties included but are not limited to:
- Bank Reconciliations
- Preparation and management of all aspects of Payroll and Superannuation
- Accounts Payables Management - reconciliations, payments & liaise with vendors and suppliers.
- Accounts Receivable Management – reconciliations, receipting payments and liaising with customers.
- End of month journals
- Provide accurate Financial Reports
- Data Entry with accurate costing to each Clinic/Centre
- General office administration
Desirable Skills and Experience:
- XERO experience or a program similar
- A minimum of 3 years Bookkeeping and Payroll experience
- Strong understanding of payroll legislation and requirements
- Microsoft Office experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Friendly, courteous and obliging. Representing the practice in a confident and positive manner at all times.
- Have a vigilant attitude to accuracy, being prepared to double check if necessary
- A professional manner and presentation. Commitment to ethical behavior and undertake all duties in a diligent manner with honesty and integrity.
