Established in 2016, Adapt OT is a thriving private OT practice located in Geelong, Victoria. Adapt OT work with adult clients with a diverse range of physical, cognitive and psychosocial disabilities. We pride ourselves on the quality of our work with NDIS Participants, TAC and Home Care Package (Aged Care) recipients.

Occupational Therapists in our team:
- Complete Functional Capacity assessment and comprehensive reports
- Complete Housing and Support Needs Assessments, including Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA), Supported Independent Living (SIL), and Individualised Living Options (ILO)
- Provide therapy and support to clients in their home and/or local community
- Prescribe and implement appropriate assistive technology, including specialist seating
- Assess and recommend minor and complex home modifications
What We’re Seeking
We're looking for an Occupational Therapist who thrives on innovation, creativity, and out-of-the-box thinking to work within our Housing and Support Needs Assessment Team.
- Adapt OT can accommodate full time or part time arrangements. We are seeking therapists available to work between 18 and 38 hours per week
- Adapt OT are looking for a team member to join our Housing and Support Needs Assessment team. Applicants should have strong skills in comprehensive functional assessments and report writing.
- Unrestricted AHPRA registration as an Occupational Therapist
- Eligibility for NDIS Worker Screening (inclusive of Working with Children Check and National Police Record Check)
- Australian Drivers licence and preparedness to use own car for work purposes

The Package
This is a permanent ongoing wage-based position for a full time or part time Occupational Therapist. The competitive employment package includes:
- Annual salary of between $89,000 - $110,000 (pro rata)
- Superannuation at 10.5%, and increasing in line with the superannuation guarantee (extra to your base wage)
- Time and monetary support for ongoing professional development
- Quarterly bonus structure to recognise staff performance
- Annual and sick leave accrual, plus two additional wellbeing days per year
- Paid parental leave (upon accrual)
- Technology to support your role, including Surface Laptop, mobile phone and all the OT tools you need
- Reimbursement for car use at a per km rate in line with community award (currently 96c per km)
- Professional Indemnity and Workcover Insurances
