About the Position:

The role involves providing thorough assessments, high-quality and accurate reporting, equipment prescriptions, and managing a varied paediatric caseload across disability and developmental delays. Regular mentoring, monthly team meetings, and manageable KPIs are part of the supportive framework to prevent burnout and foster professional growth.
Key Requirements:
- Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy.
- Full AHPRA registration.
- Valid Working With Children Check.
- Valid driver’s license.
- NDIS Worker Screening Check.
- A passion for delivering excellent client outcomes.
- A competitive salary range of $85,000 - $100,000 + super, plus quarterly bonuses.
- Work laptop/iPad and phone provided.
