About the role

As a Rehabilitation Consultant you will play a vital role in the provision of workplace rehabilitation services to help build better lives through work and health. As part of the team

How you’ll be making an impact in people’s lives:

• Undertaking Occupational Therapy assessments including activities of daily living, home, worksite, functional, ergonomic, equipment assessments
• Designing and implementing intervention programmes using occupation to improve functional performance, independence and work capacity
• Identifying barriers and designing, implementing and monitoring programs that support people to achieve maximal work participation
• Understanding a variety of healthcare and rehabilitation funding schemes and empowering your clients to achieve their wellness and recovery goals
• Liaising with clients, family members, funding bodies, medical practitioners, employers and stakeholders to achieve successful outcomes

What you’ll bring to the role

• Australian recognised qualifications & registration in Occupational Therapy
• Willingness to learn and impact positively on people’s lives in tangible ways
• The ability to engage clients and stakeholders in the wellness and work journey
• A commitment to a high level of customer service to your clients and customers
• Valid drivers license together with full comprehensive car insurance
