Your day to day will include:

You will deliver evidence-based therapy to adult NDIS clients in Brisbane CBD. You'll attend meetings, collaborate with team members, and provide services such as home modifications and functional assessments. You will create individualized, outcome-focused care plans for participants within a limited radius from your home location, conduct assessments, develop reports, deliver activities, and maintain accurate records to meet daily billable hour targets.

Requirements:

• Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy
• AHPRA registration
• Unrestricted working rights in Australia 
• Drivers licence and own vehicle
