Salary: $90K to $135K per annum + super + profit share arrangement

About the Role
As an OT, you'll have:
The flexibility to work with your ideal clients and provide therapy in a manner aligned with your unique style
A range of referral pathways and client presentations to work with
You'll have the opportunity to collaborate with other health professionals, fostering an environment of teamwork and learning
Supervision and Mentoring provided

You can choose to work either a morning or afternoon client shift, not both. This gives you the flexibility to integrate other parts of your life such as time for self-care and catching up with loved ones. Caseloads are capped at 5-6 clients per day leaving plenty of time for administration and non-client-facing activities. We also provide options for remote work for non-clinical tasks and part-time employment if desired.
