Your New RoleThis practice provides Occupational Therapy services to Euroa and the greater Goulburn Valley and Shepparton area, providing services for NDIS, therapy, aged care and disability needs. In this role you will experience a varied and interesting caseload, including:
Commonwealth Home Support Program (CHSP) community aged care work, minor home modifications, prescription of basic assistive technology and falls prevention. Acute hospital work with slower-stream rehab on a needs-basis. Home Care Package assessments with home modifications and equipment prescription Opportunity for NDIS work - adult disability and paediatrics Benefits & Perks Friendly and collaborative work culture, with individualised support, supervision and training available, one-on-one mentoring Opportunity to expand your skills and experience, with a wide caseload available CPD/further training available Flexible working arrangements can be negotiated if required Work vehicle, laptop and phone is provided 5 weeks annual leave 1.5 hours from Melbourne, with plenty of wineries, nature and activities to explore Essential Criteria Bachelor of Applied Science (Occupational Therapy) or equivalent and eligibility for membership of professional association.
