Xavier’s mission is to enable children with high support needs to live their best life in their family environment. To deliver on this, we continually evolve our services in consultation with our families and in partnership with other community organisations, to provide the support that our children and families need. You will thrive on working in a team of allied health professionals understanding the important role that each team member plays.
