Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Conducting comprehensive assessments to evaluate participant's functional abilities and needs.
- Staying abreast of the latest developments in Occupational Therapy and integrating them into service delivery to ensure high-quality evaluation and evidence-based outcomes.
- Utilising appropriate assessment tools tailored to each patient's condition and circumstances.
- Designing and implementing personalised care plans and interventions focused on the participant's needs.
- Networking with individuals and organisations that refer participants and actively engaging in networking activities for the benefit of the company.
- Maintaining accurate and current client records.
Essential Requirements:
- Possession of a recognised qualification in Occupational Therapy.
- Registration with or eligibility for registration with AHPRA.
- Valid First Aid and CPR certifications.
- Demonstrated proficiency in assessing, interpreting, implementing, and evaluating Occupational Therapy plans for rehabilitation patients.
- Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Possession of a valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle.
