Children's Centres for Early Childhood Development and Parenting (children's centres) provide a network of integrated health, family support and education service hubs for families with babies and young children across South Australia.
As a Speech Pathologist or Occupational Therapist, you will provide discipline-informed, evidence-based group and individual services, working collaboratively with families and colleagues to promote children's healthy development and support responsive caregiving.
The Department for Education is seeking talented Occupational Therapists and Speech Pathologists to work in various children's centres across metropolitan Adelaide and regional South Australia. There are multiple vacancies with varying tenure available (short term to ongoing). Please see the attached locations and preferences sheet for details.

Special Conditions:
The successful applicant is required to gain a Department for Human Services (DHS) working with children check (WWCC) prior to being employed which is required to be renewed every five years before expiry.
The incumbent will be required to undertake RRHAN -EC (Responding to Risks of Harm, Abuse and Neglect - Education Care) Facilitator Lead (Masterclass) extended course or the online (Fundamentals) course which will be required to be updated every three years.
