We are a busy Electrical, Air Conditioning & Plumbing business looking to employ an enthusiastic and experienced individual to join our team. We receive a high volume of customer enquiries, so the successful applicant will need to be confident and have excellent communication skills.
We currently have a full-time position available in Office Administration with an immediate start available. Hours would be 8am to 4pm Mon-Fri. Applicants must be friendly, self-motivated and able to work independently, as well as part of a team.
The applicant will possess the following qualities:
- Great customer service skills and a friendly personality
- Proficient use in Microsoft office programs
- Great telephone technique & manner
- Possess strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to cope in stressful situations
- High attention to detail and organisational skills
You will be directly responsible for:
- Handling a high volume of general phone enquiries and sales
- Assisting in making and scheduling telephone and electronic bookings
- Checking off staff timesheets
- Maintaining stationery and office supplies
- Managing and entering accounts receivable and invoicing
- Following up on outstanding and overdue accounts
- General filing and office duties
