We are seeking a motivated Administrative Accounts Assistant to join our accounts team and contribute to our success.
The successful candidate will need to have;
- Proven experience in administrative roles, preferably in a similar industry.
- Proficiency in XERO platform for invoice processing and accounting.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to learn new platforms and processes and retain information
Key Responsibilities:
- Enter suppliers' invoices accurately into XERO and our in house platform ASCORA.
- Process timesheets and ensure timely and accurate payments to employees.
- Allocate materials spent on jobs accurately to ensure proper accounting and cost management.
- Assist in creating and sending invoices to clients.
- Maintain organized records of financial transactions and documents.
