Office Administrator

We are seeking a motivated individual who would like to utilise their administration and customer service skills on a full-time, minimum of 35 hours per week.
The position is based in our Osborne Park Showroom / Office with parking provided.
Responsibilities include sales, general administration & office duties such as:
- Daily balancing and banking
- Data entry – accounts payable / receivable
- Bank reconciliation
- Email correspondence & overseas ordering/tracking
- Processing of builders orders / deliveries
- General sales and customer service
The successful applicant must possess the following:
- Excellent phone manner and communication skills
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to resolve issues effectively and efficiently
- Excellent organisational skills
- Competent computer literacy and the ability to learn new systems / processes
- Ability to multi-task and prioritise work
- Ability to work autonomously
