Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Administration Officer to join our administration department. This is a permanent position which requires a high level of attention to detail, excellent interpersonal and customer service skills, and the ability to work autonomously within a fast-paced team environment.
Your responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Provide administrative support to the Administration Department and other departments as required, including data entry, filing and document management.
- Run weekly report.
- Provide support with End of Period tasks.
- Assist the Customer Services Department where required, efficiently and accurately taking client bookings.
- You may be required to perform receptionist duties.
- Manage office supply orders to ensure seamless operations.
- Assist in the organisation of office events.
