Our client is a well known residential construction company and they are currently seeking a superstar to work in their administration team.
Main duties but not limited to:
- Reception: answer the phone, determine the purpose of calls, respond to general enquiries, determine the purpose of calls, and forward calls to the appropriate person, welcome visitors, determine the nature of business and announce visitors to the appropriate person.
- Follow directions, timelines and record the progress actions taken both manually and through management software programs.
- Control and monitor stock room items both incoming and outgoing.
- Process other correspondence, reports, and documents as requested.
- Maintain tidiness of all rooms.
- Other ad hoc tasks as requested.
- Comply with instructions given by the management team.
- Be involved and contribute at company meetings if required.
- Assist in the completion of monthly reports.
- Prepare and assist with meetings including food prep and collection, making drinks, etc.
- Willingness to learn and help.
- Friendly character, good attitude.
- Confidence to ask questions and to question the illogical.
- Good listening and communicating skills.
- Accuracy in recording and relaying information.
- Ability to prioritise tasks and work around delays.
- Microsoft Office and email familiarity.
- Your own transport would be required as there is no public transport nearby.
