JoineryOne is looking for a permanent full time Office Manager to provide support to the company Director, Production Manager, Accounts manager and production staff, and to help our small joinery company grow. There is also room for this role to develop in the future, moving into more of the production management and Estimating side of the business.

JoineryOne manufactures beautiful bespoke joinery that is perfectly tailored to our clients’ wants and needs.
Our Director, Graham, leads a small team that thrives on enthusiasm and positivity to get the job done.
About the Role:
- Working 5 days a week, with flexible working hours if that suits you.
- You will be working in a small office alongside our Director and Production Manager and one day per week with our Accounts Manager.
- You will be regularly communicating with clients, sub-contractors and suppliers via phone and email.
- You will be ordering and tracking materials across a wide range of products within our industry ( this will be challenging initially if you do not have previous experience ).
- You will be actively working with our cash flow spreadsheets, assisting in cost control, cash management and forecasting.
- You will complete most of your work on a laptop, writing emails, updating and maintaining spreadsheets / word documents.
- You will need to work autonomously, as well as complete tasks given to you by the Director.
- At times, you may provide general assistance to the workshop staff….all hands on deck!

Skills and Experience:
- Naturally organised, with fantastic attention to detail.
- Excellent computer skills with a solid understanding of Excel, Office, Outlook and Xero
- Great verbal and written communication skills.
- Able to take the initiative to get the job done in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Adaptable to new tasks with excellent task prioritisation and problem solving.
- High drive to learn and develop
- Drivers licence would be ideal, though not essential.
