ABOUT OUR CLIENT AND THE ROLE
Our client is a leading non-for-profit organisation dedicated to driving positive change in our community. As part of their commitment to serving the needs of the community, they're seeking a Finance Administration Support Officer for a 3 Month Contract.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all transactions and customer information;
- Update dashboards and track files;
- Support finance with month-end procedures;
- Chase-up outstanding contracts/documents, following up for any missing document on every assessment week;
- Assist in getting additional information to update the reports;
- Update Compliance Documents and answer contract management outreach calls;
- Help to close off outstanding/open grant applications;
- Reconcile GST for payment week;
- Any other tasks as required
- Possess at least 3 years experience within a similar role, and possess a diploma in Finance or similar;
- Have advanced Excel skills and robust XERO experience;
- Strong communication and rapport-building skills;
- Ability to prioritise work and multi-task as well as work both autonomously and within a team;
- A keen eye for detail with data entry accuracy critical.
