We are continually growing and are looking for an experienced senior administrator/receptionist to join our team on a part time basis (approximately 20 hours) and share in our ethos of working hard but leaving each day on time to focus on our non-work passions. No more spending nights and weekends in the office if you come and work with us!
We have a diverse range of fantastic small business clients, and we pride ourselves on offering personalised services to assist with all matters regarding accounting, GST, taxation and business advice. Our business utilises online software systems and a tech stack that will assist in streamlining your work.
Your Key Responsibilities:- Reception duties (telephones, mail)
- All round office administration tasks
- Providing excellent customer service
- Accounts receivable, including following up on overdue payments whilst maintaining customer relationships
- Assistance in accounts payable
- ASIC Company Secretarial duties
- Preparation of Australian Taxation Office forms and applications
- Personal Assistant to Director
- Previous experience working in an accounting firm
- Experience with ATO and ASIC lodgements
- Experience with Xero Practice Manager
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in daily tasks and other projects.
- Highest standard of ethics, confidentiality and professionalism
- Comfortable engaging with clients and team members and ability to maintain good working relationships.
- Willingness to learn, show initiative and be a positive team player
