The Role
The Physio Clinic (TPC) team are on the search for an enthusiastic team member to operate as lead senior administrator at our Marryatville clinic. We can be flexible with your roster and have a full-time position available, but we would be happy to discuss a part-time role if that suits you best.
The clinic opens at 8am and closes 6pm Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday, 7pm on Thursdays and 5pm on Fridays.

The opportunity will involve working as part of our wider TPC administration team across our Prospect and Blackwood clinics, from the Marryatville clinic, to support excellent service delivery to our clients.
The role will also involve working closely with the Marryatville team leader, Practice Managers, and physiotherapists to ensure smooth operation of the clinic and foster growth.
Duties include but not limited to:
- Greeting and assisting clients in a friendly, caring, and helpful manner.
- Answering phones/emails promptly with the ability to prioritise appropriate tasks.
- Scheduling appointments and diary management.
- Processing of payments and invoices in an efficient manner.
- Building an excellent working relationship with our therapists.
- Carry out general administrative duties including invoicing, debt collection, reporting and auditing, EFTPOS/HICAPS transactions.
- Assist with accuracy of patient accounts.
- Assist with brand promotion.
- Managing clinic partnerships.
- Light housekeeping.
Additional duties may include:
- Marketing and Social Media Engagement if this is a passion (including social media content writing/creating, website updates, editing blog posts)
- Local Area Marketing (organising local events, reaching out to local groups etc)
About You
You will thrive in a customer service environment and possess strong interpersonal skills. You handle high-pressure situations with grace, be organized and have a genuine desire to assist others. We are willing to be flexible for the successful candidate who shows a strong interest and investment into teamwork.

- Possess strong interpersonal skills, friendly demeanor, and a genuine passion for working with people (the role involves job sharing, so this is very important).

- Have a strong attention to detail and work ethic.
- Able to maintain professionalism whilst working under (light) pressure where you may have to quickly prioritise administerial tasks.
Required (or willing to obtain one):
- South Australian Driver’s Licence
- CPR certification
- SA Police clearance
Desired (but not required):
- Allied Health/Medical administration experience
- Experience with third party companies like NDIS and Workcover
- Marketing/Social Media experience
