Responsibilities:-
Front of house reception duties
Booking appointments including theatre lists
Handling telephone enquiries
Medicare online, billing, Hicaps, banking & EFTPOS
Varied administrative tasks
Requirements:-
Previous experience in a busy specialist practice
Experience with Genie software preferable
Knowledge of billing in relation to Medicare and private health funds
Able to work independently and multitask
Knowledge of Microsoft Office
Aware of principals regarding confidentiality and privacy
