Elite Civil are looking for a motivated and organised Office Administrator to play a key role in ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of our office operations.
This is a part time role (3 days) from 9am to 5pm based at our Head Office at Prestons. Parking available on site.
Duties
- Maintaining a safe and tidy office environment
- Assisting the Accounts department with tasks
- Assisting the Project Estimators with tasks
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence including mail and email
- Scanning, copying, filing and mailing
- Prepare paperwork for registering company vehicles
- Maintaining employee records
- Support to Operations Manager
Requirements
- Previous experience in an administrative role preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word/Excel/Outlook)
- Excellent organisational and multitasking skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work independently
- Positive attitude and willingness to take on new challenges
