We’re a supportive team, which is passionate about the work we deliver and are now seeking a friendly and proactive Office Administrator to join us!
About the role
In this position, you’ll be the first point of contact for our clients and contribute to the efficient day to day running of the business. You’ll work with a broad range of people to create an inviting atmosphere, manage external communications and take charge of our trust accounting & banking requirements. Your other key responsibilities will include, however aren’t limited to:
- Greeting visitors and clients & managing incoming calls;
- Maintaining the front of house & present the business in a positive & professional manner;
- Management of trust accounting and daily banking tasks;
- Assisting licensed conveyancers and the Operations Manager with their tasks including drafting client communication and liaising with relevant stakeholders;
- Scheduling appointments & proactively providing assistance to others when required.
About you
Ideally, you will be a friendly and proactive person, who thrives on collaborating with others each day. You may have an interest in conveyancing or be a passionate front of house or administrative professional, looking to enhance your career within a friendly and supportive team environment. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong customer service and organisation skills and will ideally, also have the ability to manage the business’ trust accounting.
