Job description

The role

We are seeking a part-time Office Administrator for a 6 month contract role. The role will be 27 hours per week with some flexibility on days and times. It would suit someone who wishes to work school hours or someone on a working holiday visa who is looking for part time work! 

Based in our Adelaide CBD office, the Corporate Services team provide administrative support nationally as well as office location specific tasks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing reception and Corporate Services calls
  • Actioning Corporate Services inbox queries and requests
  • Incoming and outgoing mail and couriers
  • Ordering and stock control including stationery, kitchen supplies, branded stationery & collateral
  • Organising office events
  • Support for meetings – set up, bookings and catering
  • Manage office security passes
  • Liaising with the Building Management for regular maintenance and issues 
  • Update office signs – phone list / emergency evac / fire wardens
  • New starters set up support – Company wide

What we are looking for

  • Minimum 3-4 years’ experience in an administration role
  • Proficient in the use of Windows, Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Adobe
  • Proficient word processing skills (re formatting, accuracy, layout ability, etc)
  • Experience in liaising with suppliers and key stakeholders of all levels
  • Sound interpersonal and communication skills
  • Established organisational skills
  • Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Ability to work well under pressure
  • Happy and ‘can do’ attitude
