Wrapped Creations is currently seeking expressions of interest from experienced Office Administrators to join our fun-loving, dynamic, and innovative team in Karratha.
This is an exciting opportunity to be part of the fast-paced world of events within a fun and driven team of event professionals. As our Office Administrator, you will hit the ground running with providing administrative and onsite event support to ensure the successful planning, management and implementation of client events. The role is part-time and based in our Karratha office.

The Role
As our Office Administrator you will:
- Assist with the administrative tasks associated with running the office and client events;
- Assist with the travel and logistics management of each project and the events team;
- Assist with the management of event equipment storage;
- Liaise with contractors and both internal and external stakeholders;
- Assist with online event registrations, ticket sales and reporting;
- Prepare nametags, materials, notebooks, packages, gift bags, registration lists, seating cards, etc.;
- Greet all clients and assist with general queries;
- Ensure the presentation and cleanliness of the office is maintained to a high standard.
- Contribute to Wrapped Creations ongoing strategic objectives and goals;
- Ensure the highest standards of professional behaviour by consistent and determined application of Wrapped Creations’ values in all internal and external activities.

- Keen to learn and expand their knowledge in this high-pressure industry;
- Highly organised and detail orientated;
- A natural problem-solver.
Skills and Experience
Our ideal candidate will have:
- Completed as a minimum Year 10;
- Previous experience in the office or hospitality industry would be beneficial but not essential;
- Excellent interpersonal skills both in person and by phone, with high professionalism;
- Fantastic customer service ethic and high expectations for quality;
- Proficient using the latest versions of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, and mail merges; email and web searches.

The role will be part-time based (Monday to Friday) with hours negotiated with the successful candidate. Additional hours may be required on both evenings and weekends to assist the team with event delivery.
