Located in Bella Vista is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Office Administrator.
THE ROLE:
Reporting to the Director and overseeing the day to day admin within the office, some of your key responsibilities will include:
- Processing invoices using Xero
- Answering incoming calls and queries – gathering information to pass onto the Engineers
- Maintaining the project register
- Setting up new client/project files
- Writing up certificates
- Coordinating inspections
- Filing
- Managing office supplies
- Working closely with Engineers
- Assisting with any ad hoc duties as requested
THE CANDIDATE:
To secure this opportunity the ideal candidate will have:
- Previous experience within a similar role where you might have been the go to office person – you love multi-tasking, problem solving and learning new things.
- Strong admin skills, an excellent work ethic and lots of common sense – the ideal person is someone who can take inbound calls, gather information and ask the right questions before handing it over to the Engineers. You’re a great problem solver,
- Excellent communication skills
- The desire to work part time either 3 or 4 days (9am-3pm or flexible for the right candidate)
