As the Office Manager, you will work closely with managers and employees to make sure the office is running smoothly while managing our inventory, vendors, shipping, and budgets. You will schedule events, meetings and travel.

Bullhorn's Office Manager is the face of our organisation. As the champion of our culture, you will take the lead on planning and organising our regular social events and parties. You will also own greeting guests and new hires and giving them an incredible experience at Bullhorn.
As an Office Manager, a typical day might include:
Working with the landlord, vendors, purchasing office supplies, filing, and managing budgets.
Managing inventory, shipping, receiving, and packing
Greeting guests, answering phone calls, setting up meetings and travel
Managing employee morale budget and creating new engagement initiatives for the office
Planning office parties, happy hours, and lunch events
Recording all invoices for approval, preparing expense reports for executives
Supporting local marketing initiatives
