Office Administrator
Ultim8 Guarding and Security Pty Ltd, services corporate and government clients and minesites throughout the Goldfields. Our office in Kalgoorlie provides administration, bookkeeping and human resources support to all operations throughout the Goldfields.
A motivated and energetic person is sought to manage the Kalgoorlie office, administration, bookkeeping, human resources and all clerical functions. The successful candidate will work closely with the existing Kalgoorlie Manager and the Perth based accountant and managing director. You will receive hands on experience in all aspects of the business and will assist in managing over 40 staff whilst interacting with a dynamic team. You will be encouraged to grow your role and demonstrate your creative abilities. As part of a small management team you will deal with staff, suppliers and clients and build an excellent rapport with the Perth managing director. You will have the opportunity in assisting the Kalgoorlie manager in growing and managing the Goldfields division of the West Australian owned and managed Security business.
To succeed in this application, you must have the following attributes;
possess current WA drivers License
have excellent computer skills including Excel and Word
be competent in accounting software, particularly Xero
be energetic and eager to learn new tasks
be honest and be willing to be a team member
seek a fulfilling interactive admin role in a West Australian security business with exposure to all aspects of business admin and management
