- Answer and direct incoming and outbound calls to the appropriate person or department
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues or escalate them as needed
- Process customer deposits and payments via various methods (credit card, cash, check)
- Ensure accurate recording of financial transactions
- Assist the PM and Director with administrative tasks such as email management, preparing documents, and organizing meetings
- Prepare and distribute internal communications
- Assist with HR tasks such as onboarding new employees and maintaining employee records
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients and ensure their needs are met promptly
- Address customer complaints and work towards quick resolutions
- Follow up with customers post-service to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback
