Qualifications & experience
- Advanced computer literacy in particular the MS Office suite.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Good at multi-tasking and time management.
- High level of initiative and problem solving abilities.
- Prior administration or reception experience an advantage but training will be provided.
- Attention to detail is a must.
Tasks & responsibilities
- Processing real estate documentation.
- Assisting the licensee and sales manager.
- Management of database and client engagement.
- Administration duties as required.
- Administration support to Property Manager and Sales Representatives.
- Reception cover when required.
- Assistance in all departments such as sales and property management.
