We are currently seeking an experienced Office Administrator to join our WA team. This position is based at our Como office and will assist with supporting the State Manager and internal teams with various administrative tasks for the region. This unique role will also provide valuable support by assisting in the preparation of tender documents for winning projects.
A typical day looks like…
- Coordinate and assist the day-to-day administrative tasks for the WA office
- Provide support to the State Manager assisting with meeting minutes, agendas and general admin support
- Communicating incoming tender enquiries and preparing information for tender documents
- Greeting visitors, directing incoming calls, and managing mail and deliveries
- Organising travel arrangements for staff travelling between states and projects
- General office admin duties including banking, filing and maintaining office supplies
What would make you a good fit for our team?
- 2-5 years previous experience in a similar administrative position
- Excellent communication, organisation, and attention to detail
- Ability to prioritise effectively and meet deadlines
- Excellent interpersonal skills for liaising with senior leaders, suppliers, and various stakeholders
