Our client is a leading provider of engineering design solutions for mining processing plant equipment based in East Perth.
Due to business growth, they now have a position available for an Office Administrator to join their team on a full-time basis.
Role Specifics:
This role will see you responsible for a variety of duties within the office including project administration support, assisting the finance / accounts team, responding to general inquiries, supporting HR & Marketing, document control, organising and setting up meetings as well as a range of other things!
You will be working mostly autonomously within this role, although you may be asked to support different teams from time to time.
About You:
To be successful for this position, you will require the following:
- Previously worked in an Engineering Consultancy, Accounting Firm, or any Professional Services environment
- Intermediate/Advanced skills on Excel – formulas, tables etc.
- Understanding for technical concepts/industries
