We're looking for an energetic and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our dynamic Business Services team in Subiaco in either a full-time or part-time capacity. You'll be the glue that holds our office together, handling a variety of tasks while providing exceptional support to our sales team.
What you'll do:
- Oversee daily office operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly
- Order supplies, manage equipment, and maintain a clean and organised workspace
- Create and track quotes, finding the best value for our customers
- Liaise with suppliers and maintain accurate pricing information
- Assist with receiving stock, arranging catering, and coordinating logistics
- Plus, a range of other exciting administrative tasks
You've got the skills:
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Manual drivers licence
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- A keen eye for detail and a can-do attitude
- Experience with quoting and sales support a bonus
- Quoting software experience, a plus
