AddressReporting to the Office Manager the successful candidate will work with the Perth team to assist our onsite teams. There maybe a requirement for the applicant to fly to site from time to time to provide assistance to the site teams. Junior Administrators are encouraged to apply also.
About the Role:
- Provide high quality administrative support to the Perth Office & onsite teams.
- Facilitate all site entry and mobilisation requirements for our range of clients.
- Onboarding of new personnel, including booking of medicals and training
- Liaising with sites for booking of flights and accommodation
- Entry of concrete delivery dockets.
- Invoicing of supply dockets to customers as required.
- Basic knowledge of IT to assist our onsite team.
- Occasional visits to site may be required in the North-west.
- On the job training provided.
- Must be able to pass Drug & Alcohol as required to attend site.
About You:
- Previous administration experience in a similar role (highly desirable)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Intermediate Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook)
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with personnel and our clients
- Good time management, multitasking and prioritisation skills
- Attention to detail a must
- Team orientated approach
- A positive attitude and dedication to ongoing professional development
