PART-TIME ADMINISTARTOR

Based at our head office in Rhodes Corporate Park, we have a great Part-time opportunity for an accomplished Administrator strong and accurate administration support to join our head office team in this integral position.
Weekly Part-time daily work hours Monday to Thursday are 10.00am to 2.30pm (flexible). Full training will be provided.
As our shared services Administrator, you will be responsible for providing strong and accurate office-based administration support to the Shared Services Supervisor, this includes but is not limited to; stock control, Motorcycle registration processing, CRM data entry & reporting duties ensuring the timely processing and movement of all vehicles.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Stock Control
- New and Used bike receipting, Stock adjustments, Stock transfers, Demo bike creation
- Motorcycle Registration processing.
Reporting Tasks
- Daily diary management, Bike Orders Outstanding, Purchase Order Consolidation
- Stock transfer log.
CRM Tasks
- SMS communication & Stop Reports
Service Tasks
- Service Job card closures.
Skills & Experience required.
- Previous strong administration experience with intermediate Excel skills.
- Strong administration skills – organised, thorough, systems orientated with meticulous attention to detail.
- Must be computer literate and comfortable with learning new systems and processes.
- Capable of following instructions and procedures.
- Ability to plan and prioritise the workload effectively to ensure that tasks are completed.
- Ability to work on own initiative unsupervised.
