The Opportunity
Supported by both our local and National team, this position provides you with a unique and varied opportunity to showcase your technical abilities, particularly with Microsoft Office Suite, as well as your time management, attention to detail, and interpersonal skills.
- Think of a day-to-day that includes:
- Being the first point of call for phone calls (Shared with coordinators in our other offices)
- Coordinate the daily office run sheet, highlighting upcoming priorities
- General office coordination, including facilities and ensuring our office is stocked, well presented etc.
- Supporting the Valuation team with client relations
- Drafting, reviewing and finalising Valuation reports
- Invoicing, managing team expenses and following up with outstanding payments.
- And much more!
Ultimately, no task will be too small for you, and you’ll be happy to jump in wherever required to ensure we succeed as a team!
About You
You thrive in a fast-paced and varied role, with the initiative to get things done and hold yourself accountable. Taking pride in the quality and accuracy of your work. You are an independent thinker, someone who can anticipate the needs of the team. You are a strong communicator in both written and verbal forms and your administrative skills are second to none. You will be all over the priorities for the day and the week, knowing what needs to be done and supporting the team.
Your advanced skills with Microsoft Office Suite, your attention to detail, and your accuracy while preparing and finalising reports will be your most prized skills, ensuring you thrive!
