About the opportunity
As part of the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) team, the Office Administrator is integral to the efficient running of the Healthdirect Australia’s Sydney CBD office. With a workforce of approximately 250 people, and receiving visitors ranging from government representatives, media outlets, board members, shareholders, building managers and service providers, the Office Administrator is the “face” of Healthdirect Australia, as well as the go-to person for facility queries.
This role aims to provide a high standard of service to our visitors in person, over the phone or by email, and is an advocate for fostering a professional customer service culture at Healthdirect Australia.
This role requires the ability to communicate effectively and be well organised to ensure successful delivery in the following key result areas:
- Office coordination (comprehensive management of front and back of house)
- WHS compliance
- Organisational culture (communications and events
- 2 + years in receptionist role supporting 50+ staff members
- 2+ years’ experience working with Microsoft suite including Word, Excel, Outlook and TEAMs
- Customer service experience – multitasking, prioritising, dealing with difficult customers.
- Proactive attitude with a continuous improvement mindset
